_{Community Care is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. _{Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities:}  

• _{Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs}
• _{Support the health of Community Care program members}
• _{Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts}  
• _{Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care}  

_{Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements:}  

• _{Education:  High School diploma or GED preferred} 
• _{Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.} 

_{Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule:} 

• _{Monday-Friday; Hours of Operation 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (40 hours per week)} 
• _{Every other weekend; Every other holiday}
